Since my husband retired, I now live in a small town lost somewhere in southern Ontario. Responding to a call for submission, I opened my cedar chest and pulled out my live model drawings from the distant past. It seemed so long time ago, yet it felt like yesterday. I had to wake myself up and revitalize my art if I was going to answer this call from Detroit and enter a piece of my art into their International Erotic Art Exhibition, The Detroit Dirty Show.  Slowly, “Honey Bear” came to life pairing one of my live model drawings  with a cross between a long tongued sun bear and a sweet, cuddly black bear.
